Meet Our Staff

Brenda Cervini, H.I.S.

Brenda Cervini, has been dispensing hearing aids since 2012, and can be found at the Avon office of AudioNova on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and at the Dansville office on Mondays and Wednesdays. Brenda is a National Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. She tests and evaluates hearing loss and makes appropriate recommendations to help improve hearing and make her patients’ life easier and better. Brenda is familiar with most of the top hearing aid brands available, and can help you find the best hearing aid for your lifestyle. Brenda received a BS Degree from SUNY Brockport, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish. She studied abroad in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. She continues to study languages and enjoys traveling, in addition to collecting art, antiques, gardening and music. Brenda’s mother began to develop severe hearing loss and got her first pair of hearing aids when Brenda was only 9 years old. It started with one aid, and then the second. Brenda remembers her mother running around in the back yard listening to birds and laughing when she got her second aid. Because of these experiences, Brenda understands what hearing loss means to a patient and their families. The experiences that are most meaningful to Brenda are those life-changing moments when a patient realizes that they CAN hear. They CAN hear in the restaurant. They CAN understand their grand-daughter's voice. They are no longer isolated at parties and holidays, and they CAN participate. Hearing these stories every day is why Brenda feels that dispensing hearing aids is the best job in the world! If you think you might have a hearing loss, come in and let Brenda test you. I have been dealing with my mom not being able to hear for years. She had hearing aids, but they never were comfortable and she never wore them. Leslie and Carrie were wonderful. Dr. Carrie is very professional and very informative. The hearing aids are very comfortable and easy to adapt to them. They are very light weight and hardly noticeable. Also, no batteries are involved. You use a charger, Very easy!

My wife and I had hearing tests by Dr. Carrie Morabito. We have had tests in the past by an other audiologist elsewhere but nothing compares to the hearing test and concern given by Dr. Morabito. She is not just an audiologist, she is THE audiologist. She is pleasant, patient, explains details in simple language, extremely knowledgeable, and transmits knowledge and confidence that you are getting the best service possible. We learned what our options were and she helped us to understand the options that met our individual needs. In summary, we felt very confident that we were in good hands receiving the best medical care possible.
