Second review, My hearing aids went hay wire, brought them back and they adjusted them, Still dint work .After a couple weeks brought them back again. First class service they took great care of them.

I am very happy with the way my representative works with me to get the best quality from my hearing aids.During my last visit she cleaned my ear pieces and added two programs based on my inability to hear my priest at Sunday mass. It made a big difference and I am pleased that my aids are periodically improved in a way that affects my hearing, not just loading on the newest thing. Acknowledging a hearing loss for me was and is a traumatic experience. I never imagined that I would have issues with my ability to hear. Hearing loss is complex with many difficult problems over the years. Toni has always met my individual crisis with a caring and responsive evaluation of my needs. Toni is easy to speak with, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. She provides excellent service when cleaning and adjustments are needed. Her friendly staff, Karen, is capable and provides prompt service. I have always had great service and a caring ear to hear and resolve my problems.
