My visit to audio nova on Mule Road in toms River could not have been more rewarding After my wife purchased hearing aids, I was introduced to audio nova the professional knowledgeable service given by Christina and her staff is unmatched.

I received my Phonak hearing aids in SC, 22 ½ years ago and never been totally satisfied with them. As I was in NJ for the summer and felt my hearing had gotten worse, I made an appointment for a checkup and hearing test. My hearing was worse, as I thought, however, with the changes in settings AND the biggest difference being the change of the type of dome, from an open type to a vented type, my hearing is starkly better. Those domes were never suggested to me before and have made a world of difference. Thank you to Melissa

American Hearing Center staff in Toms River are awesome! Called 2 weeks ago and Lynn got me in very next day. Christina performed my hearing test and she was so knowledgeable, sweet and explained EVERYTHING in detail and clearly through the process of what to expect. Christina then took the time with me and explained all the features to each option of hearing aids available. Absolutely no pressure in purchasing the hearing aids. Instead, Christina explained and based on her expertise could share exactly how important and everything that is effected when one has a hard time hearing. Christina & Lynn also helped with contacting the insurance company, I can not express how helpful they both were! Fast forward, I got my hearing aids today and again, Christina took her time fitting them in my ears, making sure I fully understood how to work, clean and change the tips, answered ALL of my questions and I left with such a great feeling of being cared for. The folks are just wonderful. Highly recommended. P.S. don't even bother with Miracle Ear, they can't even come close to the professionalism or the compassion given by these folks!

I called for appointment which customer service person n as medical Lin really help e d find a time that fit my crazy schedule also another person Joy t hey we're just outstanding making me feel special. The office was so nice and comfortable offerd me coffee or tea , very nice then Christina g as very me my hearing tests was so nice very informative . I had such great experience I went home told my wife and she made an appointment right away also had great experience . Thank you girls

The staff at this location are amazing and caring people. I thank them for the years they've provided service for my mom who is 99 now. They are always there to help and support.

Lynn Frew patient care coordinator very nice. I then was take to testing area where I met Christine Parrott who is hearing instrument specialist who with care gave me the test and went over plans for hearing aids. She gave me trial pair, show me in detail how to use them. In my opinion they are efficient and easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

American Hearing Center in Toms River is amazing! The staff is warm and helpful. Christina clearly explains the hearing tests and what is being tested. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss the options available if hearing aids are needed. She doesn't pressure you or try to "sell". Options are presented and you are given time to review before making your decision on what will work best for you.

Several weeks ago I went to American Hearing Center on Mule Road in Toms River to see about getting a new hearing aid, as my previous one was 7 1/2 years old. Christina and Lynn were so welcoming and warm. I was tested and Christina let me try a large pair of aids. They didn't fit the bill and then I tried a very tiny pair. I discovered they were awesome, and I only needed one aid. Christine let me try them as long as I need to make my decision. I am very happy with the Phonak hearing aid I decided to keep. This is the best aid I have ever had-all thanks to Christina's hard work and expertise. I have recommended this office to all my hard of hearing friends. I look forward to seeing Christina and Lynn for the rest of my days.

Great appointment except for access to building. There is no handicap access in middle of building. There should be a curb cut out for walkers and wheelchairs.

Armed with this information she fit me with the perfect hearing aid and fine tuned the programing to my hearing needs! Highly recommended

Went for my yearly check-up. No waiting. Staff remembered me from last year. Very friendly and efficient. My test lasted 15 minutes. The receptionist greeted me immediately upon entering. The technician called me in shortly thereafter. I was quickly placed in the booth, fitted with earpieces, and the test began. Will return next year.
