Meet Our Staff

Melissa Negron, H.I.S.

Melissa Negron H.I.S., is a hearing care provider at AudioNova. She has been in the hearing aid field for over 5 years and is a member of the International Hearing Society. She graduated from Montclair State University, 2017, with a degree in Communications-TV/Media. Melissa provides a wide range of services to her patients, including hearing assessments, hearing aid selection, hearing aid fitting, and follow-up care. She seeks to help her patients hear at their highest potential and reintroduce them to better hearing. “I became a hearing care provider because I wanted to make a difference in peoples’ lives. My favorite part of working is seeing the look on my patients’ faces as they hear again.” Melissa has lived in New Jersey for 10 years. As well as volunteering with local animal shelters, she enjoys hiking to stay active.

I started going to the hearing center when Maria was there. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She left to go to another location and Rob took her place. He is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend this hearing center.

I am very satisfied with Robert’s service. He was very helpful answering all my questions in detail. When I first brought the device home, I encountered an issue. Robert immediately scheduled a visit on the same day to resolve it. I really appreciate him. Today, he helped me to set up the device to the optimal volume and I am good to go. Robert has been friendly, professional and he makes me feel I am in a good hand.

It was easy to make the appointment online. On arrival, the staff was cordial and the waiting room pleasant. The appointment proceeded on time. Michael Gordon, the hearing instrument specialist, conducted the audiological exam and explained the results thoroughly. He was professional, informative, and kept me at ease the entire time. This was an excellent and I highly recommend the American Hearing Centers in Monroe.

I was in a real bind regarding my mother's hearing aid being in need of repair. I'm really glad that I went to American Hearing Centers at Monroe. Cindy kept me informed every step of the way.
