Best audiology specialist in New Jersey.. I truly can’t thank them enough.. When my dad had an issue and was traveling the next day, they were able to squeeze him for an appointment in their Holmdel office and everyone in that office was amazing .. Special thanks and appreciation to their top management Sarah Azer Elias and to all her team. They truly went above and beyond. Not only they made my dad feel so comfortable and fixed his issue with his hearing aids, but they taught him how to fix this issue if it occurs again. They also followed up with his insurance to make sure he receives a new hearing aid.. Thank you everyone at AudioNova. We won’t be going anywhere else but your office for my dad going forward.

I had a great experience at AudioNova! When walking in, you're greeted by Laura who runs the front desk and is always helpful. The audiologist Florence is so thorough in explaining everything after your hearing test. When it's time to pick a hearing aid Florence guides you just the right way. When I received my hearing aids Florence explained everything in detail step by step I would recommend Florence very highly you will not be dissapointed!

Helped me out with equipment issues promptly and now I’m using them instead of the Freehold office. Audiologist is here 5 days a week unlike Freehold office Special tip of the hat to the receptionist who shepherded me to find the office as google maps gave information that wasn’t helpful

I had gotten referred to this office by my pediatrician for my 5 year old son. When I walked in the office staff was so kind and patient and really helped me with the questions I had. When I met with the audiologist she made my son feel calm and safe. She was gentle with him and was able to relate with him. Once he started the process he started to open up and not feel so nervous. I definitely recommend this practice along with the audiologist. Definitely a good experience for me and my son!

I would like to say that Dr. Florence is a great audiologist and she has solved my problem to my hearing aid!!! This has been the first time she has EVER had an issue and she was able to do everything she could ever do to solve it!!! I thank her from the bottom of my heart and soul for everything she’s done to solve my issue!!! I wouldn’t go to any other audiologist but Dr. Florence!!!!
