There was a misunderstanding about the hearing test I was suppose to take.

I went to American Hearing Centers in Freehold because I had a problem with my hearing aids. Even though I had purchased my hearing aids in Florida , I went to their store to see if could they help me. I met a beautiful lady named Joan. She was so courteous and helpful. Within 2 minutes she had solved my problem. I offered to pay her but she refused to take any money. She said she was delighted to help me. My hearing aids are working perfectly again , Thanks to this kind lady. I recommend this business to anyone looking for hearing aids. Joan is soo helpful and gracious. I was referred by a patient and I will continue the trend. While American Hearing Centers of Freehold has been through a staff change, every provider I have met with has been knowledgeable, patient and kind. A special shout out to Maria Sulikowski, the provider who is usually in Monroe who helped me during a particularly difficult issue, and Melissa Negron. I also would be remiss if I did not recognize the front desk "PCC" Joan who maintains the office, the flow, the integrity and the warmth of the office.

Joan & Melissa from American Hearing Center are a pleasure to work with and made my recent experience purchasing a new hearing aid easy. In my experience as a long time hearing aid user they are simply the best at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience today at American Hearing Center in Freehold. From our initial contact with Joan at the front desk through the testing and thorough and patient explanation of the results from Mala Feldman everything was top notch. We left with a thorough understanding of my husband’s hearing issues. Heading aids were tried and successfully ordered. Both Mala and Joan stayed late on a Friday patiently answering all our questions. WE couldn’t have been more satisfied. Thank you American Hearing Center for your help!

I've been going to AudioNova for many years. Dr. Chacraboty was thorough and took time to explain the results and answer all my questions. Joan, who not only works the front desk but also helps with repairs, is always helpful. Dropped in the other day for a repair and Joan was dealing with 3 clients at the same time. I was very impressed with the way she was able to help all of us in a timely and very patient manner. She was great. I recommend going to AudioNova in Freehold.
