Kevin the doctor and the receptionist Beverly did a great job. However I was upset that I missed my last December appointment because of the transfer sale. My charger wasn't working so I went 2 months without my charger. I've made multiple multiple calls I never received a return call for a couple of months. As a result of missing that appointment I was informed that my hearing aids were not working for a year or longer. No wonder I kept getting comments do you have your hearing aids on and having to repeat excuse me because I didn't hear what was being said.

Dorothy Potts literally gave my father a new lease on life. He had extreme hearing loss over the past several years. She was very kind , caring and compassionate. She gave him excellent care. My dad is now enjoying listening to the beautiful sounds around him and enjoying his life. I can honestly say that Dorothy’s extraordinary care has changed my dads life in the most amazing way. Our family was so impressed by Lynn and Dorothy!! We brought our 87 yr old dad in to see them and they were not only kind but took the time to explain in detail how the process worked. It actually drove Dorothy to tears to see how little our Dad could hear. He also cried when the test was going on and he finally heard . We can’t thank you enough for giving him that back. The staff are friendly and thoughtful. I felt my testing was done in a very easy to understand manner and the technical information was very thorough. They offered a great discount if I were to purchase, yet I'm looking into alternative brands and devices. It is thanks to them I am now armed with a better knowledge of what to look for.
