My recent visit to the Weaverville NC AudioNova location was wonderful. The totally “new”staff is very professional and customer oriented (friendly) and knowledgeable. Carrie, the receptionist is charming and a pleasure to deal with. The full time Audiologist, Kate Carter, is very experienced with their product offerings. Kate was able to adult the performance of my phonic hearing aids to a level I haven’t experienced over my two years of owning them.

A most excellent experience. Ashley and Brad are superb. Have suffered many years with major hearing deficit. Have tried other clinics and devices in the past. Never satisfied. I am now using the Phonak Sphere 90. Wow just wow! I am now hearing things that I was not aware that I was not hearing. As of this post I could not be more satified. The best part of this experience? I no longer have Silent Gas!

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Rena!

Initially I felt the same ways as many of the other reviews, but they said they were in BCBS network and would handle the submission of my claim. They later admitted they were not in network and had not idea how claims got processed from their organization, and showed me their forms for me to directly submit. These got rejected as they did not have any of the right coding correct. Finally after many, many attempts I asked them for a refund for their portion of profit, and agree to process a refund for the amount of my claim. They never did, and when I inquired, we were back to, can you submit these forms again. If you have insurance, I strongly suggest you do not use this organization. Sad, as I had a lifetime service for my hearing aids that I will not use now given their total incompetence and ruse of reimbursement. I know I appear one off, and maybe no one uses insurance but me, but if you are, just a heads up.

Tammie (and her assistant, Rachel) are two of the loveliest, most helpful, most competent people you will ever meet. My Mom's hearing was almost completely gone and her cognition was declining rapidly. She had a variety of issues with her ears and hearing and Tammie has been able to address most of them - and is determined to address them all. She has gone over and beyond, spending extra time with my Mom, squeezing her in for appointments, and so much more. I HIGHLY recommend Tammie and this Elite Hearing location. AND they have a hearing aid for people that cannot manage taking aids in and out, changing batteries, etc. It's called 'The Lyric' and it's a semi-permanent aid embedded inside of a soft kind of ear plug. It has changed everything for us - and I am, we are - eternally grateful. (And my Mom's cognition has improved notably just in the week that she regained her hearing. There's data about that - and it's accurate.)

I recently went into a Elite Hearing Center in Weaverville North Carolina for a hearing test. Tammi reviewed my test with me and diagnosed my hearing loss, then recommended a specific hearing aid to help me with my problem. My hearing is greatly improved and I wish I had gone to see her sooner. She is very professional and is a pleasure to work with.
