It felt like one long sales pitch. No one checked, adjusted or cleaned my current hearing aids which is why I went. I've always appreciated an on-site audiologist. This just feels like a hearing aid dispensary.

I initially went to Audio Nova and came home the same day with fantastic hearing aids. They were expertly calibrated and fitted by Sharon, who has years of experience in the hearing industry. Unfortunately, my insurance claimed her company was not on their approved list, so I reluctantly returned them. I then tried several over-the-counter brands, including Jabra and Audien, which had received great reviews. However, none of them performed or fit anywhere near as well as the hearing aids from Sharon at Audio Nova. Everyday sounds, like silverware clinking and dogs barking, were so amplified that they became unbearable. One brand fit so poorly that I constantly worried they would fall out. Next, I visited an audiologist from my insurance’s approved list. To my surprise, even with the significant coverage from my insurance, the cost of the same hearing aids was almost identical to what I had originally paid Sharon at Audio Nova. After two frustrating months of struggling with subpar options, I returned to Sharon. Once again, she ensured the fit and calibration were perfect. Now, I have the best hearing aids ever—no jarring noises, no static, just clear and comfortable sound. I can’t say enough good things about Sharon, the team at Audio Nova, and their exceptional service.

Completed paperwork to have appointment info sent to home ENT practice. Provider of services took care of my husband’s mobility issues and walked him back out. Excellent service all-around!

I’s been over a year since I received hearing aids from Audiology of New Bern and my initial positive response to them has only increased. My aids had to be returned as I was experiencing some problems. Loner aids, no problem. Factory rebuilds, no problem. New hearing evaluation, no problem. This type of service has virtually disappeared in this country but you can find it at Audiology of New Bern.

Extremely happy With the care and service and professionalism at Audiology of New Bern. My current hearings aids are 7 years old and while I certainly could benefit from new ones I have not yet taken the plunge! Sadie has been more than willing, and capable of adjusting my old hearing aids time and again to make them as good as possible for me. And she does an excellent job! When I finally spring for new hearing aids this is the place I will be buying them from. I know I will get a quality product and excellent follow-up service for as long as I have them. I I would also like to mention Caressa who schedules appointments and is always pleasant, cheerful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Audiology of New Bern without reservation.

I have been using hearing aids with marginal results for five years, until I went to Audiology of New Bern. Dr. Coleman correctly diagnosed my hearing problem in both ears and prescribed the perfect set of hearing aids (Oticon OPN1). I no longer struggle to hear in noisy environments and talking on the phone is finally effortless.
