Recently I faced the reality of the need of some assistance in hearing high pitched sounds and the separation of crowded noisy locations, and the desired audible connection that I wanted to make..... I am extremely busy and active in the real estate business and the necessity of exactness in hearing my clients, and formulating their correct instructions for the contract is of utmost importance...... Meeting with Skylyn Stewart my audiologist, was the first and most important step to achieve my clarity in hearing needs! She and her staff were kind, considerate and very capable in pairing me with the hearing aids capable of near perfection in my audible enhancement. I am extremely pleased and appreciative of the helpful people and products that Audio Nova supplied me with, thanks again Skylyn I really like being reintroduced to so many pleasant sounds that I didn't realize that I was missing!!!

I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone seeking advice and care for hearing exams and hearing aids. I have worn Hearing Aids all my life and have been to many audiologists and have experienced many different hearing centers over the years. Dr. Lauren Robinson is by far the best audiologist I've had the pleasure to work with. She exhibited the upmost respect and professionalism toward me from the beginning. From past experiences, I expected her to push a certain brand or choice of hearing aids but no...she patiently listened to my complaints, my wishes, and my expectations on what I was looking for. She gave me her professional advice and ultimately gave me freedom of choices without any kind of pressures. I think she is the best all around! Ms. Kelli Pratt does an awesome job of working me in when I need it and always responds promptly to my emails or calls. I will never go anywhere else because I know I'll not find this level of professionalism or care that I recieve when I come here.

These folks make you feel like family. I enjoyed not only being able to hear properly in many years, but also the conversions and interaction.

Dr. Lauren is amazing! Very personable and friendly. She treated me as if I was her only patient that day, which we all know doesn't happen much these days. Typically you feel like cattle.... in & out. She's a gem! State of the art equipment and my hearing test was FREE. I was very impressed and would recommend her and the office to anyone who has great hearing or not.
