Here again their stupid mailing. I six weeks or more ago requested removal of name address etc. I do not need their products. So being as they fail to listen fail to do as they were originally asked i give them score minus trillion plus!!!! People that do not listen tic me off. They should do as requested not ignore the fire out of people. They ignore so that says a lot about their business. I would not recommend them that's for sure. I hope they choose not to mail a third because I'm fuming mad at not listening businesses and their employees. Do what's asked

My wife and I have hearing aids and we have seen Ashly McMinn lately and she has been so nice, patient, and knowledgeable to get our hearing aids where they need to be for us to hear the best. We have never had the type of service like we have had with her, getting our hearing aids and testing done that was thorough and helped us hear the best we have heard. We will be recommending her and Audionova to everyone we know and appreciate the great service we have received!

My husband bought hearing aids at Costco. After 5 years of poor customer service trying to get them to actually help his hearing, we decided to see a professional. John spent hours with us running tests, technically analyzing the aids, and teaching us how they work. Found that the aids were fine, but had never been properly programmed to address his loss. My husband's hearing is noticably improved!!!! We can start going places that we avoided in the past because he couldn't communicate. John is truly very passionate about helping people get their lives back, and is incredibly knowledgeable!!

I recently visited the Elite Hearing Center on 3rd Ave in Hendersonville, NC where John Wilson did a thorough hearing evaluation along with a good explanation of the process and his findings. He then recommended Phonak hearing aids which he programmed for my specific hearing loss. They work amazingly well for speech recognition and have Bluetooth capability for phone, iPad and TV. John and his receptionist, Cindy, are pleasant, knowledgeable and do a great job at improving your hearing.

Posting this for my husband, TJ. In the three years I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for tinnitus, my hearing has vastly improved. It’s always a pleasure to go to an appointment because of the friendly and helpful atmosphere. Highly recommended if you need hearing help.

My 93 yr. old mom moved in with us 3 years ago and we immediately got her some hearing aids. We went to the Hendersonville, NC office of Elite Hearing Center where she sees John Wilson, he and his receptionist, Cindi made us feel very comfortable with our decision about coming here. In today's world of mediocre customer service, it is refreshing to find people who go the extra mile and provide not just good but outstanding customer service. John and Cindy at the Hendersonville Center are terrific people and confidently demonstrated their caring and expertise. I would recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aid services.

The staff was very friendly and professional, John took time to listen and to give clear explanations about tests that were done . He was able to correct the problem I was having with my hearing aids, I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

They have good products and know what they are doing. This is my second pair through Elite. I'm not really sure they actually filed my insurance for me, though. It's been more than 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from insurance. It doesn't usually take that long. I will just have to check on that myself. They have done what they are supposed to do. The people are friendly and professional. A good place to get your hearing taken care of.

I would give John WIlson and his office more than 5 stars if I could. When I recently went to him at Elite Hearing Center in Hendersonville I really wasn't very hopeful. I had already been examined by another audiologist in town and was told there really was not much help out there for my type of hearing loss. After John thoroughly examined and tested my hearing he looked at me and said "I can help you - and after I do, your world around you will be totally different." And he DID help me - and yes, my hearing world has changed dramatically. My new Phonak hearing aides have helped me so much in every way (especially on my phone which was most troubling). And the follow-up and support John and Cindy provide at the office could not be better - they both are right there for any questions or problems I might have. They go above and beyond in so many ways and I appreciate and thank them so much. My family and I would absolutely recommend them - THEY ARE THE VERY BEST.

John is very professional. He could have easily recommended a hearing aid for my obvious hearing loss, but said I could wait unless I was a bird watcher who needed to be able to hear the high frequencies of the bird calls! I trust him completely to do what is best for the patient.

Judith Gossett, my wife, had suffered from a very significant loss of hearing when we visited Elite Hearing Centers of Hendersonville NC. We were met by Cindy who was very courteous, showed professionalism, and was very efficient in giving us information and actually taking my wife's information. At this point we met John Wilson, HIS, who administered an examination and discovered that Judith did in fact have a moderate to severe hearing loss. He very professionally answered all of her questions and then proceeded to fit her with devices that restored her hearing to a point that, In her words, opened up a whole new world.
