Audio Nova has been absolutely a life saver for my Mom who at the time got new hearing aids for the first time in over 20 yrs! My Mom was 98 at the time, and they could not have been any nicer or patient for her to complete the hearing test, the fittings, etc. Christina is a God send and will give you the best customer service ! She is always looking out for the patient and their needs.Audiologist Douglas Johnson went above and beyond to ensure my Mom's hearing test, fitting and adjusting the hearing aids , therefore giving her sounds she hasn't heard in years. He coached her thru this and we are both grateful. I don't see how anyone could go wrong choosing Audio Nova for your hearing needs.

A friend gave me a device to clean my hearing aids, and the office knew the product and assured me it won't harm my hearing aids to use this. Friendly, well-informed, helpful!! Justin was great. He explained clearly what I have right now and what would be a better plan for me. The discounts were solid - just are not in a position to pay outright or add another monthly fee. I will definitely reach out to Justin when it changes.

First, Christina, the office receptionist, was super helpful when I made my first call so I made an appointment. I then saw Doug Johnson who gave me the most comprehensive hearing test I have ever received. His knowledge was complete in all respects, and I made the decision to update my current hearing aids with a newer and more powerful model. Would recommend this office to anyone asking!

Hearing tests and evaluation were unhurried and thorough. Adjustments were made to my hearing aids that have improved my hearing.

I did not buy my hearing aids from Audiology of Greenville but when i needed help someone recommended them to me. Jennifer is at the front desk and Georganne and Rebecca are audiologists All three are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. I am a patient of Dr Rebecca Vlk and she is awesome. The office is so neat and they have the newest equipment to service your hearing aids. My wife and i both love this office. My next hearing aids will definitely come from Rebecca.

If you like to wait for weeks or can't reach your doctor because she works 1 day a week, then you are in luck. Do you like idea of technology and its infinite possibilities? Great, then this is the last place you would ever want to go. In a medical field that is fully dependent on physics and uses automated systems to compute results because people don't like to do and/or can't really do, then Audiology of Greenville welcomes you. Imagine a place where you wait for people that do not like to work and there is no accountability for customer care and have no idea what key performance indicators are, while having equipment that completes all the work that is needed expect for a human to ask some basic questions and to ensure paperwork is complete but does not know how. If you can imagine that, then you must have been here. Here at Audiology of Greenville "Doctors" don't know how to use equipment, do not know how the equipment works, fill out paperwork correctly, and have no comprehension of time. This is a fine example of why technology is replacing people because with a degree in the medical field, consisting of 8 years and 40k to 120k, some people can't do the simplest things. If these people had to administer a hearing test by computing the frequency and decibel then you would have to wait for the future. Even with technology, people still work like it's the 70s and 80s. Proof that technology does not change the world, people do. The concept of efficiency is not understood by everyone, no matter what the education level is.
