Dr. Eneida Agolli was a great help with my father’s hearing aids. When we went to get his hearing aids fixed, she listened intently to our concerns about the damages on the hearing aids and my dad’s hearing loss story while showing great empathy. My dad was four years old when his parents tried to carry him on their backs while escaping a war zone with active bombing. His father carried him on his back while riding on an elephant when a bomb dropped on all of them. The only things shielding my dad were the bodies of his father and the elephant. No one survived except for my dad and he was left with both ear drums damaged with total loss in one and minimal hearing in the other. He spent his whole life reading lips and trying his hardest to keep up but in the end he was still shamed for not being able to hear. He lived his life ignoring all of the comments made in front of him and the assumptions of his ability. Despite all of the hardships and obstacles, he still managed to raise six adult children and live a successful life ignoring the negative rhetoric. When I first told him he had to wear hearing aids, he was insecure about wearing them in fear of being made fun of. Dr. Agolli managed to convince him that’s there’s no shame in needing this technology and that everyone has their own stories that they are not faulted with just like him. She made him feel validated in his concerns but confident in taking the leap to hear again. I’m extremely grateful to have come across this establishment and Dr. Agolli for showing compassion without knowing their background and stories that come with their situation. It’s truly comforting. Thank you so much to the team at AudioNova for helping my dad, we are so very grateful.

She was spot on in her knowledge, and while there, her demeanor and interactions with her staff and patients was top notch !! She even took time to quickly examine my waxy builtup ears and made suggestions for getting them cleared.

Eneida Agolli is not only an exceptional audiologist, she is an exceptional person. We stopped needing emergency help as refugees from the Asheville flood. She examined my husband’s ears, saw that he needed an ENT Dr to look at a growth in his ear, and found an appointment for him, all at no charge. SHE WILL SEE PATIENTS FROM ASHEVILLE AT NO CHARGE DURING THIS EMERGENCY PERIOD.

My experience with Dr. Agolli of Connect Hearing in Greensboro has been excellent. She encouraged me to sample various devices to improve my hearing in noisy environments finding a device that best suited my needs. She is very knowledgeable and has worked hard to find the best solution for me. I recommend Connect Hearing for anyone who needs hearing aids. My Aunt Rosa was expertly fitted with her new hearing aids and today she was back for a normal adjustment. Wow..... what an improvement in her quality of life......plus I am not constantly repeating myself to be heard. The time spent answering all her questions and explaining the mechanism of her new hearing aids assured me that we made the best choice by coming to Connect Hearing.

The reception area is inviting and so is Denise the receptionist. However your time waiting is always brief, then Dr. Agolli will greet you with a smile and begin an extensive exam using all the latest audiology tools. She will make sure that as you leave the building you will clearly hear birds singing, your families conversation at the dinner table and your favorite TV program. Dr. Angolli ensures that you are able to hear every tone within it's proper frequency. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with a hearing issue.

Connect Hearing in Greensboro, NC, is great. Went in to have my Phonak hearing aids, that were purchased at a different Connect Hearing, adjusted and they did a wonderful job. They reprogrammed the hearing aids and they are like new. My hearing is better than when they were brand new. I could not rank them higer.

Dr. Agolli provided excellent care in determining my hearing needs as well as explaining the products available to meet my needs. Dr. Agolli and Denise also went above the call of duty to assist in getting my hearing aids fitted prior to a business conference. Denise made a number of calls to the administrator for insurance benefits to expedite the delivery of the hearing aids. I highly recommend using Connect Hearing!

It is such an enjoyable, pleasant and lovely experience each and every time I visit the Connect Hearing Office. However, the most important experience is that I am educated in the style that I need. Simple, logical and precise!!! Dr. Agolli is just the sweetest person. Her bubbly personality and her knowledge of hearing loss and hearing aids is just what I needed. Denise, their reception is truly a blessing for she knows exactly how to talk to a person with hearing loss. Never have I been in the reception area that a person has to say "What" to Denise. She just clearly knows how to handle everyone. I read awhile back an article that Dr. Agolli did on diabetes and hearing loss and how they are connected. Never knew that at all and I am a diabete. Excellent service when I visited. They gave me the most comprehensive hearing test I've ever had, and they were able to give me accordingly detailed reaults.
