Sandra fitted hearing aids, and I can hear the birds singing and every other noise that I had been unable to hear for over a year. The hearing aids are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them. I highly recommend seeing Sandra if your hearing is an issue.

This makes my 3rd set of hearing aides, first time with Elite in Brevard N.C. and i have to say, This place is wonderful, I never wanted to go back to the place I'd dealt with before and I desided to give Elite a try and I can't say enough about Sandra and Taylor! They are the best, both very professional and knowledgeable, and will do anything they can for their patients. The minute you walk in the door, you become family. They care about you and your needs. If you have a problem, they work hard to solve it. You don't feel like a patient or customer, but you feel like family.

Easily the best Hearing Center in Western North carolina. The Elite Hearing Center in Brevard North Carolina has a staff that is one of the best group of people I've ever worked with regarding my hearing and hearing aids. While they're in the business to sell hearing aids they help you accumulate your knowledge of what would be best for you.(Hearing test and assemrnt, the types of hearing aids that would be most suitable for you, Etc). Then let you make the decision, no sales pressure. They don't try to push and sell you hearing aids at any cost. They have great empathy for people who have hearing loss and genuinely care for their clients. If you have any need for hearing aids and hearing assessment, I would highly recommend Elite Hearing Center in Brevard. They do have other centers throughout Western North Carolina. My experience has been in Brevard and they by far a superior to any other Hearing Center I have ever worked with. I didn't buy my hearing aids 5 years ago from this company but they still treat me like I did by servvesing my hear aids. They deserve five stars*****!!

I had my phonak hearing aids for a couple of years before I visited Sandra at Hearing Elite. She programmed them and I learned for the first time what marvelous hearing aids they are. It takes that professional touch and Sandra has it.

Wife and I feel extremely fortunate to discover what Sandra and assistant, Taylor, offer us poor-hearing types—from price matching of what our health insurance company would pay to walk-in service when needed to free, annual hearing checkups and aid fine tuning. Our lives were enriched when we bought ours one year ago, but, OMG, the advancement in hearing quality after our anniversary test/aid tuneup is amazing—actually jaw-droppingly so. But the best thing is being attended by two super-friendly ladies who truly have the client’s best interests in mind. Absolutely no reason to go anywhere else; Elite Hearing Brevard is elite…a gem in hearing assessment and improvement.

Our experience in the Brevard office has been exceptional! Friendly, dedicated and very helpful. They have provided service and adjustments to my VA hearing aids at no charge. I can highly recommend this office to anyone looking for hearing aids or just needing a tuneup or adjustment to their existing ones.

Leslie, Keith and Andrew could not have been more helpful in the Brevard, NC office. My mom was visiting and took out her hearing aid. It fell on the floor and she stepped on a piece. We walked in without an appointment and they worked us in. They called the manufacturer and was able to call up my mother's model via the serial number. They ordered the replacement fitted piece and it was ready in a week! These hearing aids are far better than her backup pair. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, patient and very kind. The hearing test I have ever had. Everything Was explained completely and in a way that was easy for me to understand. I learned things I have been doing incorrectly and need to correct to get the most from my hearing aids. The people really had a thorough understanding of every part of ear and the understanding of the testing they are giving to each client. I would recommend them to anyone who is experiencing hearing loss and needs hearing aids. They provide excellent service. And follow-up.

The only reason why I'm giving 5 stars is because 6 isn't an option! I'm used to centers in Florida that are old and drab. The waiting room is immaculate and airy. Leslie was so helpful through the entire appointment process and afterwards - always communicating. Andrew is a great provider - very patient and knowledgeable. I can not recommend them enough!

We let Andrew know when we came in that we were just making inquiries and not ready to "buy" today. He was very gracious, went ahead and gave me a hearing test to see what I would need. He advised me from the results that a Walmart hearing aid would not work for my level of hearing loss. When I told him that we were on a tight budget, he still offered different options that he could help me with and to let him know whatever I decide. Andrew is definitely someone that I would look forward to working with more than the other places that I had visited. And I plan to call him back as soon as we figure out what product we can afford. Very pleasant experience. Andrew Bliss was very thorough in his exam ensuring a good fit and the hearing aid recommended would give me the most improvement in my hearing. Very satisfied that it did. All the staff were courteous, professional and easy to work with. Pricing was very competitive. If you are having hearing issues give them a try I think you will be very happy you did.

It is a pleasure to give my Five-Star recommendation to Elite Hearing Center in Brevard NC where Specialist Andrew Bliss fit my wife Patricia with a high-performance, affordable hearing aid to replace the one she lost while shopping. And in the course of minor adjustments to my hearing aid that I bought in another city, he noticed that an important sound-enhancing circuit had not been activated, nor had I been told by the audiologist who sold me the device that it was an available feature! The final word: this excellent service was rendered without charge.

Great service and reasonable prices! I've been a client of Elite Hearing Centers here in Brevard for about a year. The friendly staff has scheduled same-day appointments when I needed a tune-up. Dr Bliss has been patient with me as I've learned how to use my hearing aids (like connecting them to my iPhone, etc). I'd recommend them.

Highly recommend! Andrew Bliss was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly figured out the problem I was having with my hearing aids and was very gracious in taking care of the problem.
