Been coming here for years and love the service we receive. Professional and better than anywhere else.

Very good hearing test today. My audiologist was very good and she listened to my issues quite well. My hearing loss is quite different than most. Glad she understood and was able to make the right choice for me personally. I'm in the decision stage of which aids I'm going to get. Going back in a couple weeks to pick up my aid I had sent in for repair. Hoping to get set up for a new pair then. This way I'll still have my old pair as a back up. Can't wait to hear how the new ones with newer technology are.

Ashley has been my audiologist for 4 years and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. My new phonak aids are much better than any I have had. So this is a great place to manage hearing loss especially if it is long term and progressive

Best hearing aid place in town!

After purchasing Phonak hearing aids a few years ago, I was given a charger which has never worked consistently. Usually the left side goes out, but once it was the right. When I went to their office the last time (third) about the faulty charger, I said I wanted a new charger because the “repairs” had never worked for more than a few weeks. Two weeks later my charger stopped working for the fourth time. What kind of organization is unable to correct a simple problem?? My recommendation for this outfit is DON’T GO THERE!!

This was my first time at the store. I didn't know if I was going to need new hearing aids or if my years were so bad. I wouldn't hear properly anymore but the woman helping me tested me thoroughly and gave me information immediately readjusted some of my hearing aids cleaned them and I was good to go. It was like starting life all over again. It was wonderful. I know I'll be in for some new speakers for my hearing aids soon, but that's a small expense. Also, I was very grateful for my kind and polite help that I received

Ashley & Rena are a great team who offer informed, professional, and compassionate service. I have been trying to get my insurance to approve these hearing aids for 10 months. Finally Audio Nova worked through the red-tape so they could be ordered. The office is clean and neat and ample parking is available right out front. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to get hearing aids. However my friend recommended l come to Audio Nova.it was the best thing l ever did. I thought they were going to be out of my price range I was surprised. They have been woderful. I again enjoy music.and many other activities.

Superior customer service doesn't happen much any more but I experienced it at Audio Nova. The staff here worked through issues with my insurance company and was able to to get me a great deal on an excellent pair of hearing aids. It's a life changer folks, don't put off going. Shae at Audio Nova is very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. When I was getting use to using my hear aids she was very patient in showing me how to open them how to put them back in. Shae never rushes you to get you out of the office. She makes sure that all your questions are answered when you leave. After I got home I had to call on the phone because I forgot something. Shae was the same when I was on the phone with her. It seemed like I was back in the office with her. She is a great asset to the company. Ashely is the same way. They make a great team
