Not happy with this AudioNova since they started to send me advertising again once they changed their name. I went there over two years ago to have a test done when they were called Connect Hearing. I informed them to stop mailing me their advertising and now they have started up again since they changed their name to AudioNova.

Isn't a better place to get to hearing life's sounds that your missing. Went out of there way to make sure I got the best hearing available back. Like alot things in life I somehow have more trouble than normal. Faced that situation here and they made sure things got done right.

This is my first time getting hearing aids, but this was a very good experience for me. There was a very thorough exam to determine the range of the hearing loss, both sounds and speech. The feed back was also very detailed and to the point. They gave me a two week trial of the hearing aid that I was interested in. Then when I purchased my own, the fitting routine was top notch. Very comfortable from the start and the two week adjustment process was right on the money for dialing in my specific needs. Dr. Agolli and staff come with my recommendation in the Asheboro area.
