Im new to Springfield. I've had an audiologist for years. I must say, the help that I received was top notch. The audiologist gave me more information about my hearing and my hearing aids that I had ever received before. I HIGHLY recommend them. Sincerely

Very friendly and competent stafg

I didn't get quite as much information about my new hearing aids, 45 day trial, as I needed. But I figured things out with my booklet.

Husband needed new hearing aids. This place was very helpful & worked with our insurance. Highly recommend.

I purchased Signia hearing aids from this company in September 2019. By November 2021, the left one had to be sent in for repair because the battery would no longer recharge. Just a few months later, in February 2022, I had to send the right one in for the same issue. Now, three years later, the right one has failed again and will not charge. I reached out to the company, only to be told there is nothing they can do. Essentially, I spent $5,000 on hearing aids that are now unusable, with no support or resolution offered. That equates to $1,250 per year—money that could have gone toward replaceable batteries instead of these rechargeable ones that stop working every few years. Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company.

Pleasantly addressed us as we came in. Started by taking my hearing aids for a checkup and cleaning, then answered numerous questions. Also sent in another pair for service and checkup. I could hear her and understand her. Awesome.

Kayla helped me today and she was such a blessing! I’m stuck at home with a new knee replacement and my hearing aids went out. I called the Springfield office on National Ave. and she was able to walk me through a multi step process and get the hearing aids working perfectly again. I have worked with Kayla before and she is extremely good at her job and a joy to work with. Thank you so much Kayla! A great place to get Hearing Aids.

Everyone was very nice and polite but there was a long wait before I got started and no explanation was given. I kept it’s hard to keep a schedule when you’re dealing with patient who need extra care

My GPA had an appointment here to get his hearing aid paid for, very first appointment he has had with this place and the blonde with tattoos was very rude to my GMA. When my GMA didn't understand her answer she got frustrated she had to explain it to her. I had to step in and explain it so my GMA would understand. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of one is because kayla was absolutely the best and very respectful and so sweet! And she also got my grandparents the best out of pocket deal she could! So thank you Kayla for turning out bad experience into a better one!

Jadyne was the best! She cleaned my hearing aids, shortened the cord, so they fit so much better now, showed me how to maintain them, talk to me about my insurance, and explained, and threw it all. I was laughing and highly entertained. A great experience! Thank you, Jadyne😘
