I wanted to leave a review after having my hearing aids for several months. These were my first phonak hearing aids I have owned. I have not had any problems with them very user friendly. I want to thank Dr. Tillman for making an excellent choice for my hearing lost. I also want to mention how knowledgeable,courteous and polite he was during my visit. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Tillman is awesome! Very patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful when addressing his patients. My mom is 88+ years old and he is very cognizant and aware of her needs and expectations from her hearing aids. Lisa is wonderful and greets everyone with a warm and welcoming smile. Her interactions with patients is very positive!

Excellent audiology services and providers at AudioNova in Hollister! I went here after being seen by an ENT/Audiology group in one of the larger health systems in the area. I questioned some of the information that was given to me there and their cost for reprogramming my hearing aids was extremely high, so I decided to see Dr. Tillman at AudioNova in Hollister to see if they could reprogram my hearing aids. I was able to get an appointment at AudioNova right away. Scheduling was easy, and when I arrived, everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. They are very transparent with pricing, and their provider visit charges and their prices for reprogramming hearing aids is very reasonable, and much lower than the bigger ENT/Audiology groups. I also inquired about new hearing aid pricing and it seems to be in line with everyone else. Dr. Tillman was excellent. He was easy to talk to and explained things well, answering all my questions thoroughly. He had no problems reprogramming my older hearing aids and he took time to explain the results of my recent hearing test, comparing it to my one from 7 years prior. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he seemed very patient and thorough. I also asked him about wax removal and he said he can also do that in his office. (This was especially good news because it took me over 6 months to get earwax removed at an ENT office recently.) Overall, I had an excellent experience at AudioNova in Hollister and I plan to continue going to Dr. Tillman for all my future audiology needs.

I was told by both the Springfield office and the Branson West office that I could drop my hearing aids off for repair! I believe they are warrantied for 3 years! I was told if I didn't see someone and just drop them off it would be absolutely zero copay. So I took the time and drove all the way to Hollister which is about an hour and 10 minutes from my house only to be told that there was a $35 copay for me to drop them off! I don't like when I'm being lied to! It'll be my absolute last time I ever entered the doorway in Hollister Missouri!

I have had my hearing aids for about 5 years. Last year, I sent them in for a battery refresh and noticed a total difference in charging time and sound. A cpl wks ago, they called again and suggested I come in for an updated test, which I did and there were of course some changes. They made the changes to my hearing aids on the spot and everything is crisper and cleaner. This was done at no charge. So, they do have after care and follow up. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Very helpful

On a recent family trip to the Branson area I accidentally left my hearing aid charger at home. Without the charger I would have been unable to to hear my family's conversations. Sound Advice loaned me a charger for my trip! I am so thankful for their courtesy and for going above and beyond to help me.

Previously I lived Hollister MO and had a good relationship with Sound Advice Hearing. AIthough I had purchased my hearing aids from a different vendor, Sound Advise took very good care of me. I now live in Belize. Prescription hearing aids are not available here. Remembering how well Sound Advice took care of my needs previously I decided to travel from Belize to Hollister MO purchase a new set of Phonak Sphere 90 hearing aids. I am very happy with the new aids but most of all how Kimberly and Sam Tillman, Audiologist handled the process. Sound Advice is definately a "Full Service Company"!

My husband scheduled an appointment to check his hearing aids as they were not functioning up to par. They resolved the issue quickly, did a test to ensure everything was accurate and didn't charge him anything for the service. Been going here for over 5 years and will definitely continue to do so.

I am visiting from out of town and forgot my charger for my Phonak hearing aids. They were EXTERMELY nice, helped me quickly and offered to either sell me a charger or lend me one! I ended up buying one, but only because I wanted to make sure I have a spare - they went well above and beyond to help me!

Super service

Great customer service, I've had my hearing aids for over 5 years and wasn't able to hear as well as I did after I first got them. An appointment was setup and a hearing evaluation was done. It showed that I had a change in hearing. The hearing Dr made changes in my hearing aids and made sure I was happy with the adjustment. I walked out hearing as I haven't heard in a long time. It was a great experience as no charge and wasn't tried to sale a new set of hearing aids. Thank you for the new ability to hear birds again.

I'm getting really great service from this office. The hearing aids they sold me restore my hearing to normal and when I have any problem it is solved quickly . If you're having any hearing issues I strongly recommend you use their services
