Meet Our Staff

Jordyn O'Neil, Au.D., CCC-A

Jordyn O'Neil, Au.D., CCC-A, is a dedicated Doctor of Audiology at AudioNova in the Creve Coeur clinic. Her clinical specialties include hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and programming adjustments. She completed her externship with AudioNova and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. Jordyn received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ole Miss and earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Missouri State University. Her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is helping people hear their family members again. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking with her fiancé and spending time with her two dogs.

Ive had my hearing aids approximately 4 to 5 months and right now there’s no receptionist and I have a problem getting through and problems with my hearing aids. I would say the customer service is poor. Also, it was never explained to me how to maintain them in the meantime

GPS had me turn a block before the store and I wandered for a while. You need to turn on tempo. I called the store and they gave me directions. It’s a nice place very clean and the representatives are very nice. They really know what they’re talking about, I can recommend them highly and I’m headed back today to pick up my hearing aids. I cannot recommend the GPS that takes you there.

My experience here was so wonderful! I signed up for a free hearing test. I know I have some hearing loss, so I figured they'd try to pressure me to buy a hearing aid, even though I wasn't sure I was ready. I figured I'd put up with that for a free test and just run out if I had to. But not only did they not pressure me, they actually asked if I even wanted to talk about hearing aids! I said sure, and they very nicely told me about the best one for me in a low-pressure way. It turned out to be only $1500, with two years to pay interest free on care credit. When I decided I wanted one, they had one in stock and fitted me the next day! I can't recommend them highly enough!

The team checked and got me in before the warranty on my hearing aids expired. The hearing aids were ship to the manufacturer and refurbished under the warranty. I got them back and they are like new. Very happy with everything they did for me.

I made a horrible mistake buying hearing aids at Sam's. They charged $4,400.00 and they were my worst nightmare. Feedback that would not stop. They do not have an audiologist and were unable to program them. I had previously had Phonaks and loved them. I went to your office, at that time on Manchester Road and I have never been so happy. They are perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
