Lois is exceptional in working with people as an audiologist and a person — listening and answering all questions, and creating a trusting, caring environment. She cleaned and adjusted the hearing aids and made helpful recommendations.

Was supposed to get a physical for disability

Hearing aids sound like tin. Can't make out words. You can keep goi g there weekly. This is my 3rd pair and will never go back to Quality Hearing for the next pair.

Things went well. Very pleased with the results.

I do not recommend! It's taken 3 months! The last hearing aids I got are Broke! Can't hear! They can't pare any aids to my phone.. and I have alot of phone work that I do for my job! Nations hearing is also worthless!!

It was a very good experience for me. I enjoy being able to take part in conversations with others and hear music!

I canceled this appt because the ad said free hearing evaluation eyc etc then i talked to a real person to schedule an appt we talked for a bit then the day before they called to remind me if my appt and asked about my insurance i said why are you asking that and she said well if i didnt have ins i would be paying out of pocket i cancel appt although i do have ins they already look shady ti me they are not giving anything for free your ins pays or you pay! scam!

I purchased new hearing aids and was having difficulty with the left one staying in place. I made an appointment and was seen on time. It was an easy fix. I have small ear canals and needed a different style of cover on the hearing aid. It solved the problem. Joyce

Every time I visit, the people are welcoming and helpful. I have visited them with a couple of problems, and they have fixed them within a few minutes.

Quality Hearing has been wonderful to work with. They are always available for questions or help with your aids. I’ve had mine since January and they have improved my life.

Had to leave both hearing aids for cleaning. Figured to come back next day before 5 pm, but they were already closed Friday afternoon at 3, according to tiny sign on door.

The audiologist was helpful, and there were no service issues. My dissatisfaction is with the hearing aids. I had hearing aids about 20+ years ago and the only thing that's changed is the new pair comes with a charger. The technology may have improved, however, they're so damned little that I keep dropping them, and they are so damned fussy to handle. And, I don't have arthritis. Just maddening. I remember now why I gave up on them years ago. The audio is horrible, I feel like I'm getting all high notes, no low notes and that I'm sitting in a tin can. Instead of hearing the faucet water running, I hear a noise like paper crackling. The same with all sounds really. It's hard to believe 20 yrs later, I'm still being offered this low end product. Technology for all things has vastly improved, why not for hearing aids? Do hearing aid manufacturers listen to the people who use them? I think not. I will go back once more to have the aids tuned, but if the sound isn't better, they will be returned. What a scam...

I can’t say enough great things about Lois Benson. Everytime I meet with her, she is friendly, helpful and takes care of any issues that I have with my hearing aides. She evens takes wax out of my ears so my hearing aides work great! Very pleasant to work with!

I Ike my new Quality Hearing aids. As promised they provide clarity of hearing in a crowd. I am able to hear the people l am talking with plus the people in the background. With my old Hearing aids the background noise interfered with my ability to hear who l was taking with. I also like how it is linked to my phone. I am able to quickly adjust the Hearing aids to meet the situation l am in.

I've been very happy with my new heating aids . The support team also has been very helpful . All of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction .

They do not get back to you at all and we were on a time schedule and they knew this we tried a pair we had but they did not work .We wanted to order some so they would be there on our next visit. i tried contacting them several times .then they called to confirm that appointment and acted like they knew nothing. very disappointing We had been there 3 times.

Very good experience with this company. They did a good job checking my current state of hearing and recommended reasonable hearing aids to purchase. I had not visited them for some time, this last visit was a good as my previous visits. They are professional in their manner and do a good job of meeting my needs. This visit was quick, but very effective in resolving my issue..

I thought it was a very reputable place. Every one was quite helpful. The hearing test used had some advanced testing I hadn't seen at some other places. The total price was on the premium model was reasonable compared to the competition. A decent all-round outfit
