If you are handicap and using a wheelchair or walker the facility is a bit challenging going uphill and through the non automatic doors. You'll definitely need to plan ahead and have someone with you. The other thing is no human ever answers the phones at the Swartz Creek location and it gets frustrating when it takes 2 days to get a call back. A little professionalism could be implemented in this regard.

Jason is amazing. He is always helpful and has great suggestions. However, trying to reach anyone on the phone to make appointments is impossible. I’ve been trying all day to make an appointment for a hearing test with Jason so I can get new hearing aids and no one answers or calls me back. This is an unwelcome change from before the merger or whatever with the new company.

So happy we found the ad in the mailbox. After getting my 92 yr old mother these new hearing aids we couldn’t believe how much better she could hear. Jason was so patient with her and very helpful. The receptionist Kelly was one of the nicest people I’ve come across in a long while. I’m so grateful to the staff for all the help they gave us.
