I can't get them to leave us alone. They keep sending mailers to my dead father, they keep saying they will stop, and they don't. They didn't even start sending mailers to him until he was dead. We've never done business with them before, and never will.I've called multiple times and they just won't stop.

I have been here a couple of times, both for repairs to my Starkey hearing aid (in-house repairs for the Starkey brand are hard to come by) and a hearing test. The office and waiting room are clean. Visits are quick with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a pleasant experience. Having had hearing aids for over 30 years, I've been to multiple audiologists and this is 5 stars in my opinion.

The girls there are great. My mother just got her hearing aids a few months ago and the girls are very patient with her, she goes in a lot more than she needs to and they never lose patients with her.. Wonderful job.

Great service. Nicole was diagnosed my hearing loss accurately and gave lots of guidance on how to move forward with the best hearing aids for my situation.. Am extremely satisfied with the process and haven’t asked “WHAT” to my wife since being fitted with my new hearing aids. Would highly recommend Hear Michigan in Sturgis.
