Very disappointed with this company. Our son has gone here for hearing aids, hearing tests and other services for over a decade, when it was Muskegon Hearing And Speech. No complaints or problems with them, they were great. As soon as the new company takes over, they drop him because of his type of insurance. Even though I was up there a week ago to have a wire replaced, and I was told to make an appointment so he can get a new pair. Call this week to schedule a hearing test and to be fitted for a new pair of hearing aids, only to be told they no longer take his insurance. Real honest business model to drop a child with special needs and leading us along to believe he is still being serviced. That's despicable. Then, the referral they claim to help ya with is a disconnected service. I suppose it takes shady people to work for a shady company.

I just want to say how happy I am That Krystlel works at the facility for my husbands hearing aids, she always goes the extra mile to make sure that his hearing AIDS work properly in that he can hear thoroughly. We're very happy that she's there. And she's the one we want to see, every time we come out for his examination!

Krystle is very thorough she spends more quality time making sure my husband has everything The way it should be , in that the hearing AIDS are working properly. No one else has done as much for him We highly recommend her. And she's the only one we want to see every time we go for his hearing aid check it means so much to us for him to be able to hear Clearly!

My wife Bonnie and I (Dennis) went for hearing aids and was helped by Krystle, who was very professional and very pleasant. Krystal was as thorough as I’ve ever seen. Our deepest thanks to her.

I was certainly in the vip seat until I let them know I would be using my premium true hearing insurance to get my hearing aids at around half of the normal pricing. At that point they said GOODBYE and sent me on my way. They showed me their most expensive hearing aids and had me try them out. Over 7g price tag, but then I showed them my true hearing insurance and they all but crawled to back out of the deal. So if you are rich and willing to pay top dollar for aids that you can get elsewhere for at, near or even below half price thanks to your premium level true hearing benefit they will greet you with open arms. Just so you know, I got my 7g hearing aids for 3 grand for the set. That's 1495.00 per aid. Look around if you have that insurance as most other places will treat you like a vip even with your premium insurance.

Prompt, friendly, patient, made sure to cover all areas during testing, tested/tried to save my old hearing aids-I appreciated the effort! Very knowledgeable!

Took my mom here yesterday for a hearing test and to order a new hearing aid. The technician was gentle and kind and the ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful! We were very happy with our experience thus far!

I have been coming here for 8 years. The customer service is impeccable! The staff is always very caring, incredibly welcoming, warm, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. I recently had a dome stuck in my ear and Jacob with the assistance of Lauren very carefully, gently, and patiently got it out. I am so thankful, and grateful for their kindness and assistance. Jacob is a very talented addition to an awesome staff :o)
