Last appointment was cancelled after I arrived because audiologist was out "caring for his dog." Today, Nov 20, I left a phone message indicating I need service/repair. I drove 35 miles to find the door locked, no staff, and several printed messages attached to the door. All of the messages, written by customers, expressed displeasure. Avoid this business.

Love my new ears. This is my second hearing aid experience. The aids and service exceeded my expectation. My hubby is a 30 year hearing aid user. He says they are the best hearing aids he’s ever had. And the staff is pleasant. Double bonus.

It was time for my 6 month check-in and I'd been having some problems with one side especially. They checked the aids and adjusted the sound level with the computer. The problem has been fixed. It took less than 15 minutes. So that's a good visit in my book.

They were very thorough at the initial evaluation, we had all questions answered with no rush at all. They were very respectful of our time at all follow up visits. On one occasion our cat ate my husbands hearing aid wire and they got us right in and fixed it with no delay. My husband can hear and participate in conversations now and we are so thankful!

I was met by a friendly Office Manager, welcomed and given necessary paperwork to sign. I was seen a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Technician was also friendly, professional and explained process and testing in layman terms. I was pleased with process from the beginning to the end. Thought I got a good deal until I went home and reviewed my son's new hearing aids w/Bluetooth. $800 each. Then me $ 775 w/o Bluetooth, cheapest set.
