I had to have a pre-employment baseline hearing test performed and the women working there were phenomenal. Christine performed my hearing test and she is one of the most professional screeners I’ve ever tested with. 10/10 definitely would recommend.

Monique was very professional and thorough. The cost of the hearing aids was ridiculous and only having one brand with one price was unheard of and quite frankly made the entire experience a waste of my time.

Found out that her hearing aids were not adjust right from the previous person which was all about money: but Monique show us how to update the hearing aids also help patiently showing us how to use them right. Everyone at this office was courteous, pleasant and helpful. Charlie cleaned my hearing aids, gave me a thorough hearing test and adjusted my hearing aids so I can hear better. He clearly explained everything to me. I highly recommend Charlie and this office. Everyone is a professional.

I came in with my husband and my mom, and we all were blown away with the care. My husband is legally blind and my mom is 91 and hard of hearing. We had a wonderful experience, and the tests went quickly and efficiently. Never tried to sell us items we did not need, and though my mom is hesitant about hearing aids, they didn't push and just explained all she is missing to us all. We ended up getting none, but trying to convince my mom how good they would be for her, so hopefully, he will be coming back soon!

Brought my dad in for hearing aids Met at the door by Sweet and Friendly Jessica who b offered to make us coffee and then Dr Brown. The doctor invited me to come in room with my dad which was very welcoming ! The office environment is relaxing and professional! We e we ill recommend to all our family and friends!

Rated this branch 5 stars 2 years ago. Went to the office to get part number for wax filters so I could order more. Was told I would have to pay 35 dollars for that info. Absolutely insane! Avoid this place at all costs.

The hear technician and office personnel were very nice and treated me with respect. The appointment was completed within an hour and I received my test results immediately. Made sure that I understood my options with regards to hearing devices. I felt very comfortable and would recommend them to anyone who needs their hearing tested.
