Jacob Giddings, H.I.S.

Jacob Giddings is passionate about helping others understand how important hearing health is to their overall well-being. He comes from a long line of hearing health professionals and gets his motivation from his mother, Michelle Giddings, who has been in the hearing industry for over 30 years. Jacob has known since high school that he wanted to follow in his mother’s footsteps. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree from Aquinas College, he began working as an audiologist assistant and is now a hearing healthcare provider himself.

I went to Steve to take ear impressions for CIEMs and he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He worked with me over multiple appointments and impressions to get a product that was satisfactory for the CIEM maker. Highly recommend Steve for any hearing needs!

Shop around….We have been going to Hear Michigan for years. But we found much Better hearing service and product. They do not annually test you and their Test is inferior to Miracle-Ear!

I was treated so well at Hear Michigan. I highly recommend them. I liked them so much better than my ear Doctor's hearing center. Much easier to get an appointment and easier to get in and out! Hear Michigan conducted a hearing test on site and then showed me the results on a monitor, explaining in detail. They worked with me because I do not have insurance to cover hearing aids and they have four to five levels of hearing aids with different prices to choose from. They will fit you on site and give you hearing aids on your first day. You can try them out to see if you like them and if you will even wear them (which some people apparently won't or don't)... They have six month follow-ups to see how they are working for you, to adjust aids if needed or to update if modifications are made to the device. They are so easy to work with. I had to change my appts many times to deal with a sick family member and then my own health problem and they were so accommodating. I have already recommended a few people to Hear Michigan. GO, by all means!

My wife was having problems with her hearing aids. Steve made some computer adjustments, adjusted the fitting, replaced the batteries and she was very satisfied with the results. Very good customer service at Hear Michigan, AND - - No charge for this adjustment service. Great company to work with if you have hearing concerns.
