My mom has used Hear Michigan first in GR and switched here when she moved. They always give us amazing service and are so helpful and friendly. Leigh Ann is so wonderful and patient with my mom. She always knows just what Mom is trying to explain and fixes the problem for her. The receptionist always greets us with a smile. My mom refuses to go anywhere else.

It would be nice if the old hearing aids could be turned in for a credit. The last couple of years it has cost me and the old ones (2 pair) will just be sitting there "for a backup."

It took less than 5 minutes to fix the problem … but it took me 3 days to get in with an appointment… with that wait time I’m not happy…why do I need an appointment with an audiologist for a technical problem… Granted she fixed the problem quickly but ….I give her 5 stars but hearing aid users need technicians that can fix a problem same day

My mother was struggling with her old hearing aids. Leigh Ann was so great to her. She patiently listened to our concerns and found just the new aids she needed.
