Joe VerPlank, H.I.S.

Meet Joe VerPlank, a dedicated Hearing Aid Dispenser at AudioNova in Fremont and Grand Rapids, Michigan. With a wealth of expertise in hearing aid programming and troubleshooting, Joe is committed to providing top-notch hearing care. Joe’s journey in hearing care includes being the previous owner of his own private practice in Grand Rapids, MI, with three locations and a dedicated mobile unit for in-home testing, fittings, and repairs. Motivated by personal experience—his son’s hearing loss—Joe became a hearing care provider to ensure his son and others could hear at their best. Joe finds immense joy in his role, with his favorite part being the ability to give patients improved hearing, allowing them to hear better and more clearly than before. A resident of the Grand Rapids area for 30 years, Joe enjoys sports, computers, and technology outside of work. His dedication to the community and passion for advancing hearing care make Joe VerPlank an invaluable member of AudioNova.

Fremont Hearing, (Heather) has bent over backwards to try and fix an issue with software for my hearing aids. She and I decided to send them back for repair. She reminds me of the way it used to be when dealing with a customer, conscientious hard working trying to please a GRUMPY old man. LOL Merry Christmas

My husband and I have worn hearing aids for several years. But until we started working with Heather Hopwood at Fremont Hearing and Speech we didn't realize how well our hearing aids could/should be working. Heather wears hearing aids herself and completely understands every situation we present to her. We finally have hearing aids that have been adjusted correctly and actually help!! All staff members were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The hearing evaluation was done quickly and explanation of results was understandable. I learned a lot about my hearing from the discussion. Because my hearing loss is in the speech range and is interfering with daily life, I chose to get hearing aides. Again, explanation of the device was thorough and all questions were answered completely. I feel confident that these hearing aides will improve my social interactions.
