Aaron Bartig is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with nearly a decade of experience in hearing healthcare. Currently with AudioNova, he specializes in providing personalized hearing solutions, client education, and expert support to improve accessibility and quality of care. Throughout his career, Aaron has developed a deep expertise in hearing aid technology and client-focused service, helping individuals achieve better hearing through compassionate care and the latest advancements in the field.

Scott Hansson, Au.D., CCC-A

Scott Hansson, Au.D., is a Doctor of Audiology at AudioNova, serving patients in multiple clinics across Michigan. He earned his undergraduate degree in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Michigan State University in 2003 and later completed his Doctorate in Audiology at The University of Texas at Austin. With expertise in hearing aid fittings, he is dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for his patients.

Audionova must really believe in their product — they’ve been trying to sell hearing aids to my dead father for quite some time. I’ve told them he’s gone. They don’t care. The mail keeps coming. Maybe they think he’ll hear the pitch from the great beyond. HE’S DEAD. He’s not buying. If your marketing strategy involves reaching out to the afterlife, congratulations — it’s working. Otherwise, maybe stop wasting postage and a little human dignity.

The examiner did a fine job, had a great manner, explained things well, and answered questions. The test was well organized. I suggest adding a word hearing test, as I have found that persuasive elsewhere. I will also want to try out some aids before I commit.

I have worn hearing aids my whole life and have never had an office made me feel so at-home. The receptionist, Deborah, was so friendly and helpful. After every visit she has made sure that I was well taken care of and given all the necessary tools to have high functioning aids! She even went as far as helping me find a new office when I relocate. Jason and Mike each connected with me on a personal level and ensured that my aids were set to go! Overall, I am extremely grateful for this office and would recommend it to anyone!

I had been coming to see Katy for years. She was always very caring and helpful. When I walked in for a scheduled re-check earlier this year, I could immediately see things were going to be different. It just didn't have that familiar "welcome" atmosphere. I found out Katy was no longer there. I was also told that I needed an appointment to see someone, and that I may not see the same person on my next visit. I want to see someone that cares, and not someone who is on a rotating schedule. I found a different provider that provides personal, and caring service, that truly listens.
