Meet Our Staff

David Kuczewski, H.I.S.

David Kuczewski is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and a hearing care provider from Gorham, Maine, working at the AudioNova Portland and Scarborough locations. David has been in practice since May 2013, working to help countless families stay connected through better hearing and communication. David completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Maine in Orono. Additionally, he earned Maine licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. David is also a member of the International Hearing Society. David’s favorite aspect of audiology is helping patients enjoy life to the fullest by assisting them to hear better. David enjoys educating patients and spreading awareness of cognitive preservation through treatment. He also loves to focus on holistic hearing care to help patients live safely long term. David is a devoted family man to his high school sweetheart and four children. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors together.

Nathan Hamblin, H.I.S.

Nathan Hamblin, also known as Nate, H.I.S., is a Hearing Instrument Specialist for AudioNova in the Portland and Scarborough clinics. His clinical specialties include administering hearing tests and fitting patients with hearing aids. He takes pride in being able to help people hear the world again. Nate attended the University of Southern Maine, graduated in 2018, and majored in Communications. His favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is helping people hear and converse again, especially with the ones they love.

After the original owner retired, their appointment system seemed to have failed, but finally I met with David, who I had great faith in. I met with him twice and he listened to my concerns and assured me that he would take me under his wing and provide the best of service. He kept his word, never rushed me and explained what we were aiming for in regards to making my hearing aids provide optimum service and optimum hearing for me considering my prescription level. I look forward to my continued association with AudioNova.
