You all need to take down all of your reviews about Dr fields. I was very impressed with her but she is long gone and your buisness is terrible you can’t keep an audiologist on staff which is ridiculous Your current audiologist is leaving and no appts available.

Very responsive to the problem with the rechargeable batteries of my devices. I was able to have a same-day appt. Dr. Fields had the loaner devices programmed and ready prior to my arrival. Thank you!

had problems with my hearing aids and seen john cummins at connect. he took an extremely long time with me, correcting my problems and advised me to do several steps to help my hearing. today I can hear much better with the same hearing aids I purchased several years ago. thanks again john for your grateful help Mike J

John Cummins, Adiologist provided a through hearing examination. John took as much time as I needed to answer my questions about trying new hearing aids. Afterward he fitted me with a new set of hearing aids to wear for 2 weeks. It is evident in John's caring and thorough demeanor that his focus is on the client. A refreshing experience.

I stopped in this facility to ask about hearing aids for my mom. The staff here was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my mom in for a screening and would recommend Connect Hearing to anyone who thinks they may need hearing aids.
