Elaine Welch, Au.D

Dr. Elaine Welch is the Audiologist at the AudioNova office in Nottingham, MD. She received her doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Florida in Gainsville. She has been an audiologist in diverse settings, the school system in Baltimore City, working with Ear, Nose and Throat doctors providing diagnostic testing and currently with Connect Hearing. At Connect Hearing we strive to provide excellent patient care and service with some of the most advanced hearing aid technology available.

This place was much better when it was Connect Hearing. Since Audio Nova took over services have declined greatly. They let the front office receptionist go and now they only have one person in the office. You can no longer just stop in to get Hearing Aid supplies and now you need to make a appointment to do that. Hard to get a appointment. Service is not good. Better to go to another Hearing clinic. Would not recommend

Working with Elaine as my audiologist made it easy to appreciate Connect Hearing. I will never go to anyone else. I now wear the Marvel (M) 90 R hearing aids. They are a true miracle. I wholeheartedly recommend Elaine and the M 90 R to anyone and everyone!

I would like to highly recommend John Cummins from Connect Hearing, 7658 A Belair Road, Baltimore. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but John made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable, he is such a professional. It was a very pleasant experience and we felt very confident at the end of the appointment as John explained the options and onward toward better hearing. All I can say is "Thank God for Connect Hearing and Thank God for John Cummins and his compassion for his customers!"

I have been dealing with people that provide services for quite some time. I have found very few that have the customer concern that John does. He really wants to provide you with the best care and the right hearing instrument for your needs. I feel that if you really connect with the customer, you can provide just the right solution and not just sell you a hearing aid. John is the best.
