I am so impressed by Jessica Russ, the Audiologist. She was thorough in testing my hearing, in explaining all the various aids available and the cost/features for each option, and she expertly answered all my questions. Making a mold of my ear canals was painless and quick. This will be my third pair of aids from Connect Hearing over the last 15 years. Jessica has been the Audiologist for all these years, and is head and shoulders above audiologists I've dealt with elsewhere. I highly recommend her and Connect Hearing.

Absolutely, hands down a great place to visit for your hearing (aid) needs. As a parent of a child who recently lost his hearing and having to learn the new normal of a hearing aid- and the anxiety that goes along with it. We felt nothing but comfort and ease while visiting Dr. Russ and being greeted and checked in by Heather (even phone call prior to appointment) , I immediately felt calm. Heather was very helpful and informative. They was able to answer all my questions. Long story short.... I highly recommend Dr. Russ and Heather. They helped my son and he is happy and feels confident on his new hearing aid. Thank you ladies!!!

Connect hearing as always worked well and their location is convenient from work. Very professional staff

I have been a patient for about 7 years now. I find it very easy to get an appointment when requested and never sit in the waiting room more than a few minutes. Very professional group. I have never had any problems with billing or treatment. I refer everyone I know to them, and that speaks loudly.

It took a couple of tries but we was able to get my wife what she needed. In no small part to the staff. Always a phone call away. Always checking during the fit to make sure she is happy.
