The staff is very friendly and helpful. Robyne, specifically, definitely knows a lot about hearing aids and hearing in general because she’s been doing this for quite some time. I even found out she’s been the top seller in her field in all of Indiana... The building also has a warm and welcoming environment, the colors and decor make it feel very homey and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great experience with great staff, I highly recommend this location based on the quality of services and knowledgeability.
