Ashleigh is the BEST. Very thorough and so very sweet and knowledgeable. I have brand new hearing aids and love them. Much better than my old ones. I highly recommend Audio Nova to anyone who has a hearing problem.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Dr.Zach was pleasant & professional. He explained the diagnostic tests & their results, treatment plan, and insurance/costs in simple, easy to understand terminology. I did not feel rushed during the visit. The flow from registration to exam to checkout time made this a very pleasant experience.

I wasn’t the patient but drove my wife’s family there for my mother-in-law’s appointment. The Dr. spent a lot of time with her and set her up on the proper hearing aide for her. Other businesses tried to sell her the most expensive hearing aide! Let alone hardly spend anytime talking and assessing her specific needs. Bravo Lowe Audiology!!!

My Mom and I were there today for our hearing test. One of my Mom's hearing aids wasn't working correctly in 2019 and had been sent out to be fixed. Recently she started having the same problem with the same hearing aid, this time while we were there The young lady (I wish I could remember her name) worked on it and was able to determine what the problem was and fixed it within a few minutes and saving my Mom almost $400 by not having it sent out again. This young lady and the rest of the staff are always so sweet and professional. I highly recommend LOWE for anyone with hearing problems!! ❤🧡💛💚

Excellent and personable service. Time is given to ask questions, and responses are helpful and insightful. They also work to answer any insurance issues or questions I have. I like that I only have to deal with this business without having to get on the phone with my insurance provider. I have been dealing with audiologists for fifty years. Took my friend Martha, who is 90, to Lowe Audiology because of her growing issues with hearing loss. Dr. Burkle, who took over the practice, was amazing, as was his staff. He did a thorough exam, a complete mapping of the levels of hearing loss, and provided input on possible remedies. When he found out that the company "recommended" by her insurance was trying to rip her off, he gave her guidance and assistance in getting her the correct hearing aids (with the maximum coverage allowance from her insurer) at more than HALF the price that other company was trying to push. She just received her hearing aids four days ago, and she is amazed at the difference. Can't speak highly enough about Dr. Burkle or his team.
