What an excellent experience!! Lori's explained all about the assessment and how it would help us find the best hearing aid. She also helped me work with my insurance to minimize my out of pocket payment. When I went for the fitting, she went through all of the setting and made sure that they were set appropriately and that I understood how to adjust the settings for different environments. She explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. I can not recommend Lori enough!
