Jessica is very professional and helpful when you aren't sure about something. She does a good job explaining things and helps me take good care of my hearing aids. Carrie is awesome too because she does personal courtesy calls and is so friendly! I love them both!

Friendly and comfortable great doctor

I've been going to Connect Hearing since prior to it being called Connect with Dr. Jessica at the helm the full time. This location is NOT close to where I live or work, but I continue to go because she is a great audiologist. She's great because she is authentic and genuine. She makes me feel like a partner in the quest to obtain the best product for my hearing loss and that makes a big difference at improving my life overall. I have deep appreciation for this office and their support.

Dr. Tooley is a fantastic audiologist. She performed a thorough hearing assessment on my son and provided options for us to consider for his level of hearing loss. She is a compassionate health care provider which can be difficult to find. Thanks to Dr. Tooley, my teenage son can now hear in the classroom and is doing so well with his hearing aides!
