Great staff, good location.

Do not GO ! ! I will not go back! My Doctor left their practice 2weeks ago and they are calling me 3 hours before my appointment to cancel . I have left messages for 2 weeks requesting a phone call and never received any response back. Horrible customer service ! !

This place is amazing! I’ve been to a lot of hearing aid places, and none of them really tried to help me but Audionova did. They actually cared and worked so hard to get me the right hearing aids. I just got mine yesterday, and I could tell my hearing changed right away! Brielle and Lilly were both so patient, kind, and understanding. Brielle is the best audiologist ever she’ll do whatever it takes to help you and find the best option for your hearing. And Lilly is awesome to talk to, she really listens and makes sure you get the help you need. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs hearing help. Thank you so much, Audionova! ❤️

I stopped in with a warrantable problem with my hearing aids turns out they had to be sent in for repairs without an appointment they took me in and gave me a loaner set of hearing aids for my use until the repairs are complete their very very helpful

The staff are very helpful and caring. Always willing to help and answer questions regarding any issues relating to your hearing health. On top of all that they are very friendly and accommodating.

Connect Hearing is a very professional organization. The receptionist, Lauren, has been very helpful in setting up appointments and assisting with account information. The audiologist, Jacynda, is amazing. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she is both kind and sweet. She treats my elderly mother with respect directing information, questions, answers to my mother (something not all in the medical profession do especially with someone hard of hearing). We are in the beginning stages of mom getting use to her hearing aides. With the follow up calls from and visits to Jacynda, I feel confident that Jacynda has my mother's hearing health at the top of her priorities. I only wish that we had gone to Connect Hearing sooner.

Jacynda was absolutely amazing. She guided my dad through the hearing test and explained the different products in detail to help him understand his options. My dad is extremely grateful for her service.

Hello my name is Charles, I recently got new hearing aids from connect hearing.My visit was great.Jacynda took great care of me,If you are thinking about Hearing aids go see her. I went to the office in tinley park. The office is a medical building with plenty of parking, easy in and easy out.

I am a new member to the hearing aid club. In my 40s, I knew since childhood my hearing was weak but struggled with admitting that I needed a hearing aid. I went to Connect Hearing in Tinley Park and met Jacynda. She was professional and kind. I left my first appointment feeling good about my hearing aid and continue to return to Connect Hearing because of the staff!! I wish I had gone there years ago!

I think Jacynda might have saved my life!! I had a terrible jump in tinnitus, accompanying a major jump in hearing loss, and she was able to quickly match me with a hearing aid that made life livable again. The office bends over backwards to help you, including once fed-exing me free supplies when I was on vacation and needed them. Outstanding practice. Never any wait. Plus, Free coffee!

Jacynda and staff was very pleasant and professional. I have been suffering with a moderate to severe hearing loss for 30 plus years. It has gotten progressively worse as time went by. Jacynda was able to get my hearing aids for me at a discount and affordable. everyone was very helpful. I not only got hearing aids but custom ear plugs for work and the race track. Very easy process. Worth the visit.

I took my aunt to connect hearing. Jacynda was wonderful. She took her time and explained every thing so my aunt whose almost 88, could understand. She had my aunt practice how to put the hearing aid in and out. My aunt can now hear after many long years not hearing anything. This place is wonderful!
