I have been a customer for several years now; having recently purchased Phonak M90-13T hearing aids from them. I cannot say enough about these aids along with the followup service I receive. A few years ago my husband bought hearing aids from another business in Mchenry. He started having issues with the aids after a few months and went back to the practice. It was closed, out of business. We called the hearing aid manufacturers and they referred us to Connect Hearing in McHenry. Dr. Laura and her patient care coordinator helped my husband with a review to the hearing aid company, so we would not be at a loss. Dr. Laura took personal interest in getting his aides in working order and fitted perfectly. We continue to use their practice and welcome the new Patient Care Coordinator, Jantta who is efficient , friendly and an asset to the practice. Outstanding service.

Laura Marx is awesome! I had lost my hearing in my right ear due to an audio immune disease. I had no idea they have hearing aides that I can wear that gave me hearing back on my right side. Its like a transceiver in my right ear and receiver in the left ear. It is so wonderful to hear people on my right side. Thank you Connect Hearing in McHenry Il.
