I have been a patient at Connect Hearing for approximately nine years. Wendy Blaine is the professional I currently see. During my nine years of involvement with Connect Hearing, I have purchased and used a number of products. I have extremely poor hearing (profound loss in one ear and very serious hearing loss in the other). I presently wear a hearing aid in the ear which has a serious loss and a transponder in the ear with the profound loss. The transponder has worked wonders for me. For example, prior to the purchase of the transponder, I was unable to use that ear in the telephone. Now, after 35+ years, I can. This is a tremendous improvement for me. Wendy is very professional and knowledgeable. She covers all the bases, makes appropriate suggestions, and follows through on a regular basis. To select my third pair of hearing aids, I decided to start fresh. I am truly glad that I selected Connect Hearing where I was greeted in very warm fashion by Wendy(H.I.S) and Cindy( Sr. Patient Care Coordinator). They both obviously really like their jobs and it shows. Wendy did my hearing evaluation and fitted me with Phonak hearing aids perfect for my needs. They are by far are the best I’ve had. She also recommended Phonak’s T.V. Connector for my problem with TV viewing. The T.V. Connector has really enhanced my ability to view and understand surrounding conversation. Thank you both. Cindy and Wendy greeted me upon my first visit and made me feel special. Rather than being a cold diagnostic visit, Wendy spent the time to get to know me and understand my story as it related to my hearing loss. After some tests, she set me up with the right hearing aids for me that are nearly invisible and absolutely amazing! I can now hear again and my life has changed so much for the better. Wendy and Cindy are simply amazing. Wendy is highly knowledgeable, compassionate and an excellent problem solver. When my mom needed her hearing aids repaired, Wendy figured out how to get them repaired AND calibrated, even though she was unfamiliar with the brand. Mom hears so much better now! Cindy is so welcoming and helpful and immediately made Mom feel comfortable and in good hands. I am so glad we found Connect Hearing and highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with with Wendy and Cindy for all they have done for me. I recently went in to get batteries for the ones I have and was talking to Cindy about how I was having trouble hearing the TV and that my husband was very loud while talking to me (which he said he was not). She checked into my insurance and found they covered hearing aids. She did all the paper work and in less then a week I had new ones. They are fantastic and I do not need batteries, they are rechargeable and I can adjust them if I need to. Wendy did the settings for me and she did a wonderful job, no need for adjustment and I can hear better then before. The service is also excellent, I have called the office and Cindy and Wendy always have time for me and I am able to go in and get cleaning or supplies at any time and they are very happy to help. I have and will continue telling my friends about them. People I know that have hearing aids say they can't get good service from their supplier and I tell them to try mine!! I feel like family!!! This is the kind of experience you always hope for with a service organization. I came in to get a used hearing aid re-calibrated. Wendy was my technician. She was very patient and explained everything thoroughly, answering all the questions I had. She tested my hearing, calibrated the device, and I was done in no time! I especially appreciated her invitation to call or come in if there was any problem at all. You could tell she cares about her customers! Truly a pleasure doing business here!

My Mom, who is 98, resides in an assisted living in Joliet. She has hearing aids from Connect. Recently she was having problems hearing. I was going to take Mom in to have them looked at when I came to visit, but the problem was getting more severe. When I called Connect, they sent Mr. Mike DelRosa (I believe I got his name right) to my Moms apartment to check them for her. They did need repair. He took them in for her, brought her a loaner pair and brought hers back to her, all fixed, in just a week. What tremendous customer service!!! I highly recommend Connect Hearing on Jefferson Street in Joliet!
