Office visit was fine and I’d have said 5 stars. However, I called the following day with a question re: newer model AI hearing aid possibility and left a voice mail. Nobody returned that call.

Caroline and her staff were very friendly and efficient during my visit to Connect Hearing in Elgin, IL. I explained my requirements and was quickly tested and fit with a new device which has so far exceeded my expectations.

Driving through and stopped in for a quick fix of my hearing aid. They were very kind and quick on taking care of the issue. Excellent customer service.

The whole experience was good. Dr. Ho was very nice and explained everything. Gave me my options to wait or get a hearing aid now. I got one and appears to be doing the job. The TV wasn't blaring loud when my wife got home. so all is good.

My experiences with Connect Hearing is getting better with each visit at different locations. The staff was very accommodating as I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. The audiologists was super amazing, knowledgeable and helpful with my hearing aids. I learned some things to take better care of them and am very thankful. I was so excited by the service, I did not get any names.

Laura is a great audiologist. My new hearing aids work great. Using real ear measurements she programmed them perfectly. I hear sounds I haven't heard in years. Then there is Janetta in the office also. She made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. She is also great at making minor repairs and helping me with paper work and any issues that arise. So glad I went to Connect Hearing.

I have been going to connect hearing for years and find Janetta and Laura both professional, knowledgeable and willing to solve problems with utmost concern for my hearing aid issues. They are both friendly and full of smiles. They also cater to my French vanilla cream in my coffee. Janetta assures me that she did it just for me!! If you need an appraisal for your hearing, this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed.

I am a military veteran and my hearing aids are provided by the VA. I also am a client of Connect Hearing in Elgin, IL, because I can get immediate service for repair work. Jannetta, at the front desk, has been especially helpful and responsive to my needs.

I can not say enough about Connect Hearing ,from the moment I walked in Laura Marx my audiologist and Janetta Buchanan made me feel that they actually care about me being able to hear , I have a profound hearing loss and have been wearing hearing aids for almost 20 years so I feel that I am qualified to speak about this , on the day of my first appointment they sat me down and just asked questions about my hearing loss , well over 30 min this went on , I wasn't quite sure why all the questions until Laura said "how can I program your hearing aids if I don't know about you " this floored me , then they let me take home some hearing aids to try for a week , this also floored me and I paid no money on that first visit , long story short I got my new hearing aids and I am hearing things that I have not heard in a long time , I highly recommend Connect Hearing in Elgin , if you have a hearing loss this is the place to go

Had great success first time around. Have stopped by twice around 9 AM which is after 830 the start of posted business hours and found door locked kighli out!
