This used to be a good hearing aid center but since the buy out by Audionova they have been nonexistent. No one answers the phone, the new address is being used by some other company and nobody responds to messages. I’m going to find another place.

Staff is professional and competent yet the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I would highly recommend the Westmont location if one has hearing concerns or issues.

Have had very good experience at the Westmont location . knowledgeable and informative. Mike had been a great help and Denise is quite personable.

Connect Hearing has a knowledgeable and understanding staff willing to take the time to answer questions. My mom has been trying the aides for two weeks, uncertain whether they help. Mike tweaked the settings a bit and she is continuing to evaluate. No rush, thorough process. They clearly want the best possible outcome for the patient.

Brought my mom here for a new hearing aid. Very friendly staff and A+ service. Listened to all concerns and questions patiently. Mom got a temporary aid to use while she waits for the new one to be custom made.

My son failed the hearing test at school. So we needed an audiologist and direction as to what to do. We found Dr. T.J. and he was great with our son, very cordial. He found that he did have a hearing issue through a couple of "fun tests" my son said. We would definately recomend him to friends and family.

Working with Dr. Remec for my hearing needs was a very smooth and informative process. He explained everything in detail and his after visit followup calls were amazing. He also made it easy to adjust to wearing a hearing aid, as he increased the volume in stages. I've never been more satisfied!
