Excellent knowledgeable help getting the best results learning how to enjoy the features on my new hearing aids.

Anthony and Lisa were outstanding when providing my mother-in-law, husband, and myself new hearing aids. They were both very helpful in taking my husband and I step by step through the process of getting hearing aids for the first time. My husband’s experience has been very positive, and he is communicating socially much better than before. I was deaf in one ear for over 6 years, and struggling to hear others, especially in noisy situations. Anthony gave me CROS aids, and I have been very happy with them. He and Lisa have been wonderful to us, and I would recommend them to anyone having hearing issues.

I’m sorry but I don’t recall the receptionist name….she was very friendly and personable. Can the loaner hearing aids be programmed, they don’t seem to have enough volume.

My new aids are my 3rd set with connect each time the experience has been excellent. always a comfortable experience- very thorough, take their time explaining results and how they can help. Product is the best on the market. very pleased

I found the staff here very friendly and knowledgeable. My visit with the tech was online but I felt very well informed of my hearing status and any changes to it. My mother went to Connect Hearing in Dixon and was always satisfied. That's why I put my trust in them when the time came to purchase my own hearing aids.

Wonderful service and wonderful staff! I started wearing hearing aids about 10 years ago and in the past 3 years I stopped wearing them because they were so uncomfortable. I went in for my appointment and was tested and fitted for my new hearing aids and I am so happy! I was walked through the entire process and I am so happy with my experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here! I never thought I would be able to hear again and feel comfortable with wearing hearing aids again! The doctor and staff have changed my life!!! For being as nervous as I was, this experience was amazing. Anthony, Lisa and Gail, are an incredible team. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I am in love with these hearing aids. I feel like I adjusted right away and they are so comfortable. didn’t realize all the little noises in my everyday life that I had been missing. I recommend Connect Hearing to anyone looking for hearing aids!! Two thumbs up!

Great service more information than two previous hearing tests

To start Gail at Connect Hearing is awesome. Very friendly, smart and caring! She has many job titles and excels at all of them. Anthony Higgins Hearing Specialist is very knowledgeable and very caring. Be ready for a lot of questions. He turns over every stone to make sure your comfortable. Time is never a question. I thought I had all my questions answered and Anthony asked more. The two make you feel right at home. My only down fall is I should have done it sooner!!

These professionals have serviced our elderly relative's hearing aids after we moved her up several years ago. Lately her aids have showed their age. We have been greeted warmly each visit. Jordan even shared her gramma's banana bread yesterday. NUM!
