Eric Wolvers, H.I.S.

"Eric Wolvers has been a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist since 2013. During that time, he has headed up three offices in the Des Moines area and assisted over 2,900 patients with their hearing needs. He is currently the lead expert at the AudioNova Valley West Mall location. His patients appreciate his extensive knowledge of cell phones and their communication with hearing devices. Eric enjoys teaching his patients how to get the most out of their hearing aids. Eric is an Iowa native and a Southeast Polk Graduate. When not at the office, Eric is at home with his wife Tanya and their young son, Ames. Eric’s wife will tell you he has not found a sport he doesn’t like. He enjoys fishing, playing basketball, pickleball, and golf. Anytime he can get out in the woods with his grandpa is a good day."

Tina Christian, H.I.S

Tina Christian, HIS, is a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at Concept by Iowa Hearing in Waterloo and Marshalltown. She is a hearing care provider with extensive experience in fitting hearing devices, providing tinnitus counseling, and patient care. With over 50 years living in the region, she has become a trusted name in the field. Being a hearing care provider allows her to have a significant impact on families’ lives by restoring their ability to connect and communicate with their loved ones again. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as engaging in activities like attending live music events, kayaking, and camping.

Tina Christian is my husband’s audiologist in Marshalltown. She is very effective and efficient. She breaks down the information into small chunks so you don’t get too much at a time. She’s also pleasant and knowledgeable. It’s not our first hearing aid but she’s given us information we never had before.

I knew I was having problems hearing for some time but kept putting off—then I met Tina at State Fair and made an appointment. I did have a problem and Tina would not sell me hearing aids until seen by an ENT Specialist. Everything turned out fine and I have a new hearing aid.
