"Greg Klauer, HIS, was an Ophthalmic Technologist for 35 years before entering the hearing health industry. His interest in technological advancements and the rapidly changing future of hearing aids prompted him to make a career change. Improved hearing helps Gregory’s patients live fuller lives, and that inspires him. “My favorite part of working with patients is helping them keep an active lifestyle, maintaining daily interactions with loved ones, and overall making life more enjoyable.” Gregory has lived in the Dubuque area for most of his life and enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, gardening, and maintaining his 68? The experience with Greg Klauer was exceptional! Was not sure this was the place I wanted to get my husband’s hearing aids. But, after 1st interview I was sure this was the place! My husband was adamant that he didn't need hearing aids but once he went to have his hearing checked he realized how much he was missing out on. He has LOVED his hearing aids and the staff at Concept by Iowa Hearing in Dubuque were wonderful to work with. He hasn't missed a day wearing his hearing aids since he received them. I would recommend Concept by Iowa to anyone needing hearing aids.

I recommend concept in Dubuque to anyone that is thinking about hearing aids. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable with the whole process. Ronda is fantastic. Mr Klauer and his assistant were so nice but I didn't like the small pod I had sit in. It was very warm in there. I had to open it and remove my light jacket in the middle of testing. Glad to know that I don't need hearing aids 🙂
