My hearing aid went out on Saturday, We were leaving Monday morning driving to Minnesota, I had left a message at Concepts Davenport office about my issue, Melisa called me as we were getting on the interstate, after listening to my problem, she called the Dubuque Concept office and scheduled an appointment for me exactly when I would be coming into Dubuque, the office was ready to address my issue, after determining that my devices needed to be sent away, they had already prepared a trial device for my use while I was out of town. They set me up with a brand new device and sent me on my way. When I got home, my original devices had been replaced with new ones and I was out of the office in 15 minutes. This service was way beyond what I had expected of Concepts of Iowa Hearing. You not only get expert advice but outstanding service after 3 years. I highly recommend Concept of Iowa Hearing.
