My visit to Concept could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The physical space is welcoming and easy to access. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. I have no doubt that the evaluation I received was accurate and thorough. Nothing but a good experience all around.

I am very happy with the service. i went with saying cant tell the difference but josh set my fears to rest. he worked with me and i am very pleased. tried different levels and didnt pressure me into getting a new fan dangle one not interested even cleaned my goopy case

Concept in Coralville is the best! They always provide excellent care. Melissa, the Audiologist, is understanding, very helpful and always takes the best care of me and my hearing aids. I love my hearing aids and I am 100% happy with Concept by Iowa Hearing.

Concept by Iowa really knows their stuff. I went in for my regular checkup this month and mentioned a slight problem with my hearing aid and Melissa took my device and basically dismantled it and rebuilt it and it works like a charm. And this is one of the many services included with the purchase of their hearing aids. No charge!!

A caution to prospective customers: I had a very unsatisfactory customer experience in July 2018 ---- a combination of poor service, poor advice, and high prices. In fairness to the owner: After first communicating with an assistant, I was (eventually) able to reach the owner by phone and describe my various mishaps with the Coralville office. At my suggestion, the owner (somewhat reluctantly) agreed to refund 50% of my payment for noise-attenuating earplugs. So I credit the owner for taking partial responsibility for a sour customer experience. And as I freely admitted to him --- this sour experience is also partially my fault --- I should not have agreed to pay for service before all of my pricing questions were fully answered. (See more details below.) So I believe that a 50% refund is a fair resolution for my particular situation. As I described to the owner: The poor service was a combination of the Coralville staff not attending the store on certain stated days of the work week, some chaos in trying to communicate to staff through the company's phone system, and broken promises by staff to quickly answer all of my pricing questions regarding a second pair of earplugs that I was also interested in purchasing. I also felt pressured to fully pay for a first pair of earplugs before all of my questions were answered regarding the price of the second pair. The poor advice (as I later realized): Not being directed to first see an audiologist who would fully describe and explain product features and options (such as choosing the degree of sound filtering) before purchase. (I worked directly with an equipment specialist instead.) I visited a competing audiology company --- whose office is also in Coralville --- that provided outstanding service in a timely manner, through which I purchased an apparently equivalent product --- at half the price! If you live in Coralville, I recommend (based on my own experience) that you shop around a bit to select a company that is well-managed, and that provides great service at a great price.

My experience with Concept by Iowa has been extremely positive ever since I purchased my first hearing aids from them nearly five years ago. Melissa and Sandy in the Coralville office have been very attentive to my needs, as was Diana and Jill before them. Whenever I have an issue, they are very willing to adjust my aids so that I can hear better. They have an easy rapport, so I feel comfortable entrusting my hearing to their expertise. I feel they truly want me to hear as well as I possibly can. Also I want to compliment their eastern Iowa spokesman, Ron Gonder, who patiently answered my questions before I made my first step into a Concept by Iowa office.

I've been with them for 5 years and they have given great service. Thanks
