I began to work with Audio Nova by a recommendation of a friend. They to this point have been stellar! Still on the journey, but the honesty I feel from them seems quite genuine. Micheal and Desiree have been truly a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with them.

Fixed my hearing aid. Good experience.

Unlike our previous experiences with the female providers, the gentleman who assisted my mom this time took a lot of time with her, adjusting the ear pieces and teaching her how to raise or lower the volume. For the first time since she got these hearing aids (over 2 years ago) I was able to talk to her in a conversational voice in the car and she was able to hear me.

Friendly receptionist. I arrived 10-15 minutes ahead of my appointment at 9 AM. The hearing specialist I was to see was talking on the phone when I arrived and was still talking when I left at 9:20 AM--knowing that another appointment was scheduled at 10 AM. I was so unimportant to them that I wouldn't trust them with caring for my hearing. Wasted trip!

Easiest and most pleasurable experience in a doctors office I’ve ever had. Went in for a routine check up and loved the atmosphere and professionalism with which I was greeted. Keep it up!

Heather was very helpful in fitting my hearing aids. My insurance was different so it was very difficult for her but she got everything done very efficiently. I enjoy working with her and the staff. I wish for new patients they would have someone that could answer questions. I had some questions and Heather is full and I am going on vacation. Only thing they could improve.

Front desk person was very attentive and friendly. My exam went very well and i didn't need to do the spoken word part of the test at the end because my hearing proved to be normal.

Melissa and her staff are always available to help with any issues I may have. Easy to make an appointment and willing to take the time to explain the intricacies of "listening". My wife is sooooo happy that I can hear her instantly now!

One of things that has always impressed me about Concept is the fast and reliable service. I can usually give Melissa a call, set up a time to drop off my hearing aids for service on a day when I am in Cedar Rapids, and can often times pick them back up before I leave town the same day. Thank you!

I would highly recommend not going to this place. They have not been truthful about a lot of things and getting someone to call us back has been a nightmare. 6 months later and they still have our insurance money. This company does not have good integrity.

BUYER BEWARE! I give Concept a 1 Star because they don’t practice CDC guidelines with masks! Only when there’s a complaint then they rush to put their masks on when they see us coming in. WTH?! We walked by the rooms with patients and no masks but they rushed to throw them on because I had complained. What about all the other elderly patients coming in, not just us. It’s appalling they don’t care about the health and safety of their patients...at...all. I go to Iowa Eye and they’re following all the guidelines required by the state protecting their patients. To each his own in your own home but for fucks sake around the most affected age group??? Seriously?! I’ll be reporting them to the Iowa safety commission.

Needed a door repaired and a quick tune-up to get my 83 year old father's hearing aids performing at peek levels again. Called for a scheduled time to drop off. I was greeted at my vehicle by an employee who took the hearing aids, then returned them in about 7 minutes, all ready to go. All with a smile and confidence this location is known for. Highly recommend these folks any time.
