Even though I have given Dr. Taylor Titus of Audio Nova 5 stars , she actually deserves 7, YES 7 stars and here is the reason why . 1. Extremely warm and personable Dr Titus immediately establishes TRUST by treating her patients RESPECTFULLY and patiently hears them out. After a long time I felt this way seeing an Audiologist and immediately developed the Trust & Confidence in her. 2. Dr. Titus listened to my issues with the aids and then took the time to explain what was at stake and what I needed. Even though I had not purchased the Hearing Aids from her, she did not turn me away and instead made some calls to the manufacturer to find a resolution. I think PROBLEM SOLVING is her forte and I could have never seen a better example then what Dr. Titus did. A few days of wait until the manufacturer had done what they are meant to do and my issue was resolved. 3. I visited her again to get tested and pick up my reprogrammed aids without a glitch Having spent almost 28 years in the HealthCare business in a senior Management position with the largest HealthCare company in the world I can easily say that if anyone is looking for true PATIENT-CARE - Dr. Titus provides that plus some! I have had hearing aids for 25 years due to workplace injuries , They have never helped me very much at all...UNTIL.. I found Dr. Taylor Titus at this location.. This lady is fantastic..from day one I started realizing improvements..she listens to you and she is the most knowledgeable audiologist I have ever encountered....extremely competent in diagnosing your issues and finding solutions..she is best I have ever seen...you can tell that she truly believes in and is dedicated her craft. She aggressively goes after solutions above and beyond ALL of my past experiences until she finds a way to help you. You cannot go wrong with Dr. "T", she is an AMAZING professional and one of the nicest, most caring , and personable people you will ever meet!

We have been with Connect for approximately 10 years. Julie was fabulous and then retired. Since then it has been a revolving door. FINALLY, a real PRO is at the help, Dr Taylor (I don't even know her last name, as we are on such a personal name basis!). Taylor shows her enthusiasm, caring and gives sound advice (lol)! Seriously, she is one of the best I've encountered over the last 30+ years in audiology! Go see Taylor, you won't regret it and you will LOVE how she treats you!

I only come here for ear wax removal, but it is apparent that Dr. Titus really cares about her patients. Also, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, so the office as a whole is well-run.

The Roswell/Alpharetta office is wonderful. The Decatur office on the other hand is just the opposite. I literally drive 45 minutes to get to Roswell, passing the Decatur office for service. I had several bad experiences at the Decatur location and ended up with an ear infection after one of them. Dr. Titus at Roswell and her staff are the very best!

The Audiologist is very experienced with technology including mobile phones. The mobile App is not complicated and is helpful. I met 2 other Audiologists before selecting Connect Hearing in Alpharetta. Connect has provided excellent service to me. I am impatient and particular, Connect has exceeded my expectation's. Finally, you will find a good selection of hearing aides with reasonable prices.

Julie , Audiologist at Connect Hearing Roswell is a passionate professional who is dedicated about helping people hear better. She has been taking care of my parent's hearing needs for many years. Highly recommended if you want a professional who really cares about people. She also took the time to educate us on better communication techniques when interacting with family members who have hearing aids. She goes beyond the 5 star rating!

Free hearing testing and the latest in Phonak equipment. Good customer service during the 3 year warrenty, but pushy to sell new ones after 4 or 5 years.

Julie does a great job, she always seems to get my hearing aids fixed up, no matter what condition they are in.
