My Mother had a wonderful experience getting a hearing aid with the technician, Mitchell. He gave her a great hearing test and helped her with selecting a better fitting and functional hearing aid. Jennifer at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for great customer service and fast turnaround.

For anyone that is considering hearing aids, I would highly recommend Elite Hearing Centers of America in Richmond Hill GA. Due to the professional staff, in particular Melissa the receptionist, and Karissa the Hearing Aid Specialist made our visit very productive. They are both extremely detailed, organized and very professional. What sets them apart from other companies is their personalized service. I had an outstanding experience with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering hearing aids!

Staff are very friendly. I recently moved to the area and needed one of my hearing aids serviced. They got me in to be seen quickly and got me a needed part at no cost under warranty. Happy to have found them for my ongoing hearing needs.

Klarissa is exceptional! She worked with my 82 yr old mom to fit her for new hearing aids. She is patient and compassionate and thorough. We scheduled appointments and we’re seen promptly. Melissa, the receptionist was always friendly and offered beverages. Highly recommend this office and these professionals.

My husband recently visited Elite Hearing Center in Richmond Hill. Karissa could not have been more helpful and informative. She expertly guided him in choosing the hearing aids that would best suit his needs. My experience has been awesome. Melissa was very friendly and got me in quickly. Karissa was very friendly and was able to adjust my existing hearing aids to a much better hearing level. These are 2 lovely ladies and I will be going back.

After seeing their sign for a free hearing test, I called and made an appointment for my mother. From the day of the test and evaluation to the day that we were called in to get her hearing aids, we were very happy with their very professional services. My mom was visiting me in Georgia from South Carolina when one of her hearing aids quit working. Elite Hearing was able to get her in the next day! Ms. Karissa Starrett treated her very well, cleaned the wax out of her hearing aid & didn’t charge her for the service! They have a beautiful mission statement hanging on their wall that basically says “the patient is the most important part of their practice & the purpose for their work!” They definitely lived up to their mission statement! When it’s time for me to get Hearing aids, that’s where I’ll go! Blessings to them!

Aaron and staff are amazing. Went in for hearing test and he was very knowledgeable and provide detailed explanations. After test he determined my hearing wasn’t that bad. Yet he still offerred me a pair of signia silk hearing aids to demo. They are true honest and trustworthy professionals. Highly reccomend!
